Even John's Fee Structure Is Unique!
Most speakers have one fee. Some will discount the fee if there is no travel involved. The fee is usually determined by the demand for the speaker and increases as his popularity and demand increases. Although John’s fee is at the upper level of most speakers, excluding famous or known celebrities, he does not want to exclude any group from sharing in all the cutting edge ideas and concepts he has gathered over the years. That’s why he has a 5 tier fee structure (A Coach John Exclusive).
TIER ONE: Super Keynotes and Seminars
(Our Most Popular Programs)
These programs are for the most discriminating. Your program will be an upscale event that includes $100 bill participation awards, a CD “26 tips for success” for each attendee, printed handouts of all the key ideas from the program (No need to take notes), and John’s unique guarantee (Audience evaluation determines John’s final fee).
The program at a glance:
The program opens with a video. John starts speaking immediately upon the conclusion of the video. He is only in the first minute of his presentation and he awards an audience member a $100 "participation award". The first handout is given to the audience, one of multiple pages of handouts that will be provided to each participant. Another $100 award is presented. The audience is already caught up by the fast pace of the program as they clap for their friends that receive the one hundred dollar bills. They wait with anticipation for the next idea to be presented. They are in the grasp of a "Coach John" program—a keynote or seminar very different than anything they have experienced before and one they will remember for a long time to come.
As this very entertaining and inspirational keynote continues, John takes the audience through a step-by-step plan, utilizing his master story telling ability (Emotions will run from laughter to near tears). He adds humor, unique presentation style, and innovative ideas that leave the audience with renewed confidence, newfound enthusiasm, and motivation to take action for the immediate improvement in all aspect of their life.

TIER TWO: Programs for Business Meetings, Sales Events, and Similar Venues
Programs in this tier run up to one and a half hours and are loaded with “How to” ideas and concepts. If you are looking for some ideas you can implement immediately that will positively impact your business, these programs are for you.

John will speak to your athletic teams on mental preparation or your student body on success principles. Please call for a fee quote.
TIER FOUR: School Districts
There is no reason anyone should be excluded from John's expertise because of his high fee. John is happy to accommodate educational groups with this special fee. TIER FIVE: Churches, Religious Events
Staying spiritually sound is high on John’s hierarchy of values. Regardless of the nature of your group, you will enjoy the message John brings to your event.
These programs are very moving and the audience will “feel the emotions” as well as benefit from the program and inspirational message. The group will leave with an upbeat and positive appreciation for life, and a desire to “give back” to others.

All of John’s programs include his unique guarantee. Your audience evaluates John’s program and the number of positive responses his final fee. You get a quality program or you don’t pay. This has been John’s guarantee since 1984.
Audience participation, humor, and stretch breaks are built into your presentation to insure a face pace, high impact program. Customized printed handouts with all the key ideas from the program are provided for each attendee.
Additional expenses billed for out of town presentations include round trip airfare from Phoenix, Arizona, ground transportation, meals and lodging. If your company prefers, we can add to our speaking fee an “all inclusive travel stipend.” This is a flat fee to cover travel and expenses and is not itemized, but assist with your budgeting as you can write one check to cover the total program.
